Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in SECTION 1. The governor may commission, during his pleasure, one or more persons, employed in the state library and supreme court building, named by the state librarian, to act as policemen in the state library and supreme court building and upon the grounds connected therewith. Such policemen shall be duly sworn and may arrest all offenders within their precincts and bring them before proper authority. When any such commission is issued or revoked the executive secretary shall give notice thereof to the clerk of the superior court for Hartford county. SEC. 2.
