Strana 429 - promote the progress of science and the useful arts by securing for limited times, to authors and inventors the exclusive right to their respective writings and discoveries.
Strana 425 - Parliament, that all monopolies, and all commissions, grants, licenses, charters, and letters patents heretofore made or granted, or hereafter to be made or granted, to any person or persons, bodies politic, or corporate whatsoever, or for the sole buying, selling, making, working or using of any thing within the realm,
