Strana 72 - We followed requirements for performance audits set forth in Government Auditing Standards. 1988 Revision, issued by the Comptroller General of the United Slates. Work was completed in seven ETA Regional Offices and in nine states: California, Florida, Illinois, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, Texas and Virginia. In eight states, we selected a random sample of 125 certifications which had been issued during PY 1991. The sample size in Illinois was 150.
