From 1891 to 1918 the reports consist of the Report of the director and appendixes, which from 1893 include various bulletins issued by the library (Additions; Bibliography; History; Legislation; Library school; Public libraries) These, including the Report of the director, were each issued also separately.

Strana 122 - This act shall be liberally construed to the end that its purpose may be carried out, to wit : that the care, custody, and discipline of a child shall approximate, as nearly as may be, that which should be given by its parents...
Strana 84 - The Governor shall have power to disapprove of any item or items of any bill making appropriations of money, embracing distinct items, and the part or parts of the bill approved shall be the law, and the item or items of appropriations disapproved shall be void, unless repassed according to the rules and limitations prescribed for the passage of other bills over the executive veto.

Strana 84 - Every order, resolution, or vote, to which the concurrence of both Houses may be necessary, except on a question of adjournment, shall be presented to the Governor, and before it shall take effect, be approved by him ; or, being disapproved, shall be repassed, by a majority of all the members elected to both Houses, according to the rules and limitations prescribed in case of a bill.
