James Creelman is a management author and advisor specializing in the Balanced Scorecard. Dr David Norton, co-creator of the Balanced Scorecard concept has referred to James as the foremost chronicler and historian of the Balanced Scorecard movement. James is the Global Best Practices Advisor for ODI Indonesia. He is also Senior Business Advisor for the USA headquartered The Hackett Group, which provides best-practices-based and empirically proven advice to clients looking to drive world-class performance. James has written six major works on the Balanced Scorecard.

Naresh Makhijani is a senior consultant with the Indonesia-headquartered OTI(Organization Transformation International) and Director of the Singapore-based Balanced Scorecard Solutions. A specialist in strategy management and organization transformation he has undertaken more than 40 Balanced Scorecard consulting engagement in Switzerland, Singapore, Thailand, India and Indonesia.
