Where defense in a suit is made, or an important opinion is given, the fees will be the same as the Attorneys usually charge their local clients for like services.

A charge of $2.00 is the lowest collection fee in any case.
No charge, however, unless collection is made.

No suit to be brought by Attorneys, unless ordered so to do, and costs advanced by subscriber, and when claims are put in judgment for future attention, the Attorney's fees must be agreed upon between the client and the Attorney,

Attorneys receiving claims direct from other Attorneys of this Agency may, upon collection, retain two-thirds of the collection fee, one-third being due the Attorney from whom claim was received, and to whom proceeds and fees should be remitted at once.
