CHAPTER 15.

An Act to amend an Act to incorporate Silver Black Fox Breeders' Association of Prince Edward Island

(Assented to April 26th, 1918)

E IT ENACTED by the Lieutenant Governor and Legislative Assembly of the Province of Prince Edward Island as follows:

1. Section seven of the Act 5 George V., Chapter Twenty-four is hereby amended by striking out the word "February" in the third line thereof, and inserting in lieu thereof the word "July."

CHAPTER 16.

An Act to vest the title of land at Stanley Bridge in the Trustees of the Presbyterian Church at Stanley Bridge.

(Assented to April 26th, 1918)

WHEREAS the then Trustees of the Presbyterian Preamble
Church at Stanley Bridge on the 16th day of April,
A.D. 1870 agreed to purchase from Charles Anderson
and wife the fee simple of the piece of land herein-
after mentioned and described and received a convey-
ance thereof, which conveyance is duly recorded in
Liber 8, folio 299, in the office of the Registrar of
Deeds, but owing to an informality in the drawing up
of such conveyance the fee simple of said piece of
land did not pass to said Trustees as was intended:

in the possession and
AND WHEREAS the said piece of land has been
under the control of said
Trustees ever since and it is desirable that the defect
in title should be remedied:

BE

IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the

Lieutenant Governor and the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Prince Edward Island as follows:

1.

in Trustees.

The fee simple of ALL THAT piece of land vesting land situate at Stanley Bridge on Township number' twenty-two, in Queen's County, bounded as follows:Commencing at the intersection of the Road leading to New Glasgow with the Road leading to Morris Bridge, thence in a southeasterly direction along the Road leading to New Glasgow 80 feet to a dyke, thence

Southwest along said dyke 114 feet, thence northwest to said Morris Bridge Road 66 feet, thence along said last mentioned Road 108 feet to the place of commencement, is hereby vested in "The Trustees of the Presbyterian Church at Stanley Bridge" and their successors in office.

CHAPTER 17.

An Act to amend an Act to repeal certain
Acts relating to the Church of
England in this Province

(Assented to April 26th, 1918)

E IT ENACTED by the Lieutenant Governor and DLeglislative Assembly of the Province of Prince Edward Island as follows:

1. That from and after the passing of this Act 42 Vic. Cap. 19 the Act of the General Assembly of this Province amended. passed in the Forty-second year of the reign of Her late Majesty Queen Victoria, Chapter Nineteen, intituled "An Act to repeal certain Acts relating to the Church of England in this Province and to make provision in lieu thereof" is hereby amended by adding thereto immediately after Section Five of said Act the following section:—

5a. All persons, male or female, of full age Voting who, if males, and being contributors and communicants, would be qualified to vote under Section Five of said Act, shall be entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting of such Church or Congregation and at all adjournments thereof.

2. Section Six of said Act is hereby amended by 42 Vic. Cap 19. inserting between the words "a communicant," in' Sec. 6 amended the fourth line of said section the word "male."

CHAPTER 18.

An Act to incorporate the Corraville
Registered Sheep Ranch, Limited

(Assented to April 26th, 1918)

E IT ENACTED by the Lieutenant Governo

Prince Edward Island as follows:

Incorporation. 1. That George Wightman, John William Carruthers, James Edmund Flynn, William D. Whitehead, Stephen S. Hessian and every such person or persons as shall from time to time become proprietors of shares in the Corporation hereby established, their successors and assigns, shall be and they are hereby constituted and declared to be a body corporate and politic by the name of "The Corraville Registered Sheep Ranch, Limited," with a common seal and with all the powers made incident to a corporation by law and hereinafter referred to as the Company.

Powers of
Company.

2. The Company shall have power and authority: (a) To purchase, own, hold, lease, acquire, construct, mortgage and sell or otherwise dispose of lands and real estate and every interests therein in the Province of Prince Edward Island.

(b) To purchase, hold, care for, propagate and sell sheep and other domestic animals and their products, and any and all such other business as may be incidental thereto or connected therewith.

(c) To take mortgages, judgments or any other security on real or personal property or any
