Following that, I would like for the record to show table VII from the House hearings, found on page 131, which gives additional allocation for rivers and harbors, based on an increase of $25,000,000; and following that, table XI, found on page 143 of the House hearings, giving a break-down of the allocation of funds in the amount of $25,000,000 which can be profitably expended for flood control in the fiscal year 1941, in addition to those listed within the Budget limitation of $70,000,000. I want the record also to show the allocation of funds allowed by the House for improvement work on rivers and harbors. With those tables, I believe anyone who wants to consider the record can find out, first, what projects the House bill makes provision for; and second, in the event additional funds are made available, what they will be used for.
