Kierejewski, 261 U.S. 479, was an action at law removed on diverse citizenship to the District Court, where an amendment to the complaint setting up an additional cause of action under § 33 of the Seamen's Act, of June 5, 1920, C. 250, 41 Stat. 1007, was allowed.
