APPROPRIATION.

STATE CAPITOL BUILDING.

AN ACT

TO PROVIDE FOR THE PAYMENT OF PART OF THE MAIN-
TENANCE AND SUPPORT OF THE CAPITOL AND COLO-
RADO STATE MUSEUM BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS FOR
THE YEARS 1915 AND 1916.

Be It Enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:

Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the Appropriation. Capitol Building Fund the sum of Twenty-five thousand Fund. dollars ($25,000.00) to pay a part of the maintenance and support of the Capitol and Colorado State Museum Buildings and grounds, including the furnishing of all Expense supplies and service, the payment of all employes of the Building Board of Capitol Managers, and the payment of all other expenses of supporting, conducting and maintaining of said. buildings and grounds, for the years 1915 and 1916.

Sec. 2. The Auditor of State is hereby authorized and directed to issue certificates of indebtedness in payment of certificates all claims and demands for wages, supplies, service and edness. other expenses incurred by the Board of Capitol Managers, upon presentation of vouchers certified by said board, said certificates shall be payable out of moneys hereby appropriated from the Capitol Building Fund, and shall bear interest at the rate of four per cent. per annum from the Certificates date of presentation until paid; but in no event shall total amount of said certificates exceed the amount hereby appropriated. The faith and credit of the state is hereby

Sec. 3. All acts and parts of acts in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

AN ACT

TO PROVIDE FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE MAINTENANCE AND
SUPPORT OF THE CAPITOL AND COLORADO STATE MU-
SEUM BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS FOR THE FISCAL YEARS
1915 AND 1916, AND FOR NECESSARY REPAIRS, ALTERA-
TIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS ON SAID BUILDINGS AND
GROUNDS AND FOR FURNITURE AND FIXTURES.

Be It Enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:

Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the Appropriation. Capitol Building Fund the sum of one hundred sixteen Fund. thousand three hundred seventy-two dollars in addition

to the short appropriation of the Twentieth General Assembly, being Senate Bill No. 62, for the maintenance and Maintenance support of the Capitol and Colorado State Museum Buildings and grounds, including the furnishing of all supplies and service, the payment of all employees of the Board of Capitol Managers and the payment of all other expenses of supporting, conducting and maintaining of said buildings and grounds, for the fiscal years 1915 and 1916.

Sec. 3. There is hereby appropriated out of the Capitol Building Fund fifteen thousand four hundred thirtyseven dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary for improvements, furniture, and fixtures for the Colorado State Museum Building and grounds.

Sec. 4. The Auditor of State is hereby authorized and directed to issue certificates of indebtedness in payment of all claims and demands for wages, supplies, service, material furnished and labor performed, and other expenses and obligations incurred by the Board of Capitol Managers, upon presentation of vouchers certified by said board, said certificates shall be payable out of moneys hereby appropriated from the Capitol Building Fund, and shall bear interest at the rate of four per cent. per annum from the date of presentation until paid; but in no event shall the total amount of said certificates of indebtedness exceed the amount hereby appropriated. The faith and credit of the state is hereby pledged for the payment of principal and interest of said certificates of indebtedness. Sec. 5. All acts and parts of acts in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
