RULE 32.-It shall be the duty of a party bringing a civil cause into this court to file with the clerk thereof, before the first day of the term for which such cause is regularly noticed for argument or hearing, 12 printed copies of the record. Upon neglect or failure to comply with this rule the cause will be stricken from the calendar on the first day of the term, and further dealt with as justice may require.
