Strana 19 - AN ACT To enable the State of Arkansas, and other States, to reclaim the Swamp Lands within their limits.
Strana 2 - The contract between Georgia and the purchasers was executed by the grant. A contract executed, as well as one which is executory, contains obligations binding on the parties.
