IN MEMORIAM.

LUTHER S. DIXON.

At a session of the Supreme Court held on the seventh day of March, A. D. 1892, Hon. W. B. FELKER presented resolutions and addressed the Court as follows:

Customary greetings were spoken in whispers; sadness was depicted on every countenance, and the very atmosphere seemed pregnant with sorrow. It was the most sincerely sorrowful and impressively sad gathering of the bar ever witnessed in Colorado. Honorable Moses Hallett, Judge of the United States District Court, was called upon to preside, and the tremor of his voice in stating the solemn purpose of the meeting, plainly told of his deep personal feeling. The Honorable Ex-Chief Justice William E. Beck, on behalf of the committee, presented
