IN ACT to amend section 1 of chapter 99 of the laws of 1891, entitled "An act conferring civil, criminal and appellate jurisdiction upon the county court of Waukesha county, Wisconsin," as amended by chapter 15 of the laws of 1897, and also to amend section 9 of said act of 1891. The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly. do enaci as follows: SECTION 1. Section 1, of chapter 99 of the laws of 1891, as amended by chapter 15, of the laws of 1897, is hereby amended by striking out from the fourteenth and fifteenth lines thereof the following words, “except as to actions and proceedings under chapter 151, revised statutes" and by inserting in lieu thereof the foling: “And including the power of review of records on certiorari, discharging mortgages of record, and the exercise of any other special powers," so that said section when amended will read as follows: Section 1. “The county court Exclusive apof the county of Waukesla, in addition to diction in civil the powers and jurisdiction conferred by law upon the county courts, shall have exclusive appellate jurisdiction, in all cases of appeal from justices' courts in civil actions, and in all cases commenced in justices' courts therein where an 81 C 1'99 Si C 103 '03 1899 Ch. 1 See 1903 c 103 actions, |
