They followed the government to Washington and received some printing contracts and, among other titles, printed Rules & Articles for the Better Government of the Troops...of the United States of America. The original edition of this volume was issued under their imprint: "Washington: Printed by Way & Groff, North E Street. 1800." But as the session did not end until March 3, 1801, the date is incorrect. |
