UNITED STATES CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE SIXTH CIRCUIT 1

Ordered:

Amendment to Rule 34.

PETITIONS TO REVISE IN BANKRUPTCY.

1. That the first phrase of the first paragraph of rule 34 be amended to read as follows: "A petition to revise under section 24b of the Bankruptcy Act, may be filed only within twenty days from the entry of the order of which revision is sought; but the judge of the bankruptcy court may, upon notice and for good cause shown, enlarge the time for filing the petition; the order of enlargement to be filed with the petition. The petition shall contain:"

2. This amendment shall take general effect six months from this date; and, in the meantime, the time for review in any specific case shall be limited to twenty days after copy of this order is served upon counsel for the party seeking review.
