APPENDIX. A List of Acts passed at the First Session of the Ninth Congress. An act making an additional appropriation for the naval service, during the year one thousand eight hundred and five. An act supplementary to the "Act making provision for the payment of clams of citi zens of the United States, on the government of France, the payment of which has been assumed by the United States, by virtue of the convention of the thirtieth of April, one thousand eight hundred and three, between the United States and the French Republic." An act to provide for light-houses in Long Island Sound, and to declare Roxbury, in the state of Massachusetts, to be a port of delivery. An act making an additional appropriation to supply the deficiency in the appropria tion for the naval service during the year one thousand eight hundred and five. An act making provision for defraying any extraordinary expenses attending the intercourse between the United States and foreign nations. An act declaring the town of Jersey, in the state of New Jersey, to be a port of delivery, and for erecting a light-house on Wood Island, or Fletcher's Neck, in the state of Massachusetts. An act to regulate the laying out and making a road from Cumberland, in the state of Maryland, to the state of Ohio. An act to incorporate the trustees of the Presbyterian Congregation of Georgetown, and for other purposes.
