Furnishing steam and electricity to individuals in the bor-
ough and county of York and for buying and selling pat-
ents pertaining thereto, and for manufacturing and deal-
ing in electrical supplies, and for these purposes to buy
and sell such real estate as may be necessrry.

Manufacturing and supplying electricity for the purpose of
light or heat or power to such persons, partnerships or cor-
porations as may desire the same, in the borough of Nan-
ticoke and vicinity.

Supplying water to the public at the borough of Greensburg, Westmoreland county, Pennsylvania, and to persons, partnerships and associations residing therein and adjacent thereto.

Creating, purchasing, holding, and selling of patent rights for inventions and designs, with the right to issue license for the same and receive pay therefor.

Carrying on the manufacture and sale of paper, and to transact all business connected therewith, with all the rights and powers given to manufacturing companies classified under clause XVIII of the second class in the general corporation act.

Supplying water to the public in the borough of Luzerne,
county of Luzerne, Pennsylvania, under the ninth clause of
section second (second class) of above act of Assembly
and the supplements to said act.

Supplying water to the public in Wyoming borough, Lu-
zerne county and territory immediately adjacent, under
the ninth clause of section two (corporations for profit) in
above act of Assembly and supplements.

Furnishing to the inhabitants of the city of Carbondale, Pennsylvania, and its vicinity, light, heat and power by means of electricity and steam.

Manufacturing, distributing and supplying steam to the public for heating, mechanical, manufacturing and other purposes, or the supply of heat by any other means (except gas) in the city of Harrisburg and in the territory `adjacent thereto; also for the manufacture, erection and sale of appliances for supplying and distributing steam and the transaction of a steam-fitting business generally.

Supplying water for drinking and other purposes, public
and private, to the borough of North Wales and vicinity,
in Montgomery county, and to the inhabitants thereof,
and receive pay therefor. The water to be taken from an
artesian well or from any stream or spring within ten
miles of said borough, and privilege to lay pipes under-
ground or otherwise, the necessary piping for conveying
the said water to firms, corporations and individuals, and
also to have, hold and enjoy real and personal estate nec-
essary for such purposes.

Manufacture and sell coke with the right to mine and pre-
pare for market and sell coal, iron, ore and other minerals,
and to have all the other rights granted to such corpora-
tions by section thirty-eight of said act of Assembly of
April 29th, 1874.

Constructing, operating and maintaining an electric light system, and furnishing electric light to the city of Corry, its citizens, firms, associations and corporations within its limits or adjacent thereto.

Manufacturing electric light and other electric products, and supplying the same to the public, and to such citizens, partnerships and corporations as may desire the same.

Engaging in and carrying on the business of manufacturing, selling, leasing and operating rock channeling and gang drilling machines and other machinery, the obtaining and holding of patent rights therefor in the United States and foreign countries, and the sale of territory and the granting of licenses thereunder.

Establishing and maintaining a hotel and boarding house.

Supplying water for the public at the village of Taylorville, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, and vicinity and to persons, partnerships, and associations residing therein and adjacent thereto.

Operating a stage and omnibus line over the Turtle Creek road and Braddock avenue, through the borough of Braddock in the the county of Allegheny, between the village of Turtle Creek on the east and Keating Station on Pittsburgh division of Baltimore and Ohio Railroad on the west in the State of Pennsylvania.
